Every year FDPPI has been recognizing the contributions made by several individuals and honouring them. We are aware that in these cases we are honouring ourselves by honouring them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

However as a part of exhibiting our commitment to the Privacy and Data Protection eco system, this culture of honouring individuals who have shown exceptional commitment for a cause is considered a duty of an organization like FDPPI.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In IDPS 2024, we are set to announce the following awards.<\/p>\r\n

Out of the above awards, the award for the Privacy Champion would be dedicated to the memory of Padma Vibhushan late Sri Ratan Tata and the award for Privacy Advocate would be dedicated to the memory of Late Justice Sri K.S.Puttaswamy.<\/p>\r\n

Additionally there\u00a0 will be a few special awards for contribution to the community in the Data Protection domain as recommended by the award committee.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
